Welcome to the Christmas Experience at Ancient City Farmstead. By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully before participating in any activities.

1. Event Host
The event is hosted by Ancient City Farmstead. The host reserves the right to modify or cancel activities at its discretion for safety or operational reasons. Your participation in this event implies your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By attending the Christmas Experience at Ancient City Farmstead, attendees acknowledge and agree to participate at their own risk. This includes but is not limited to participation in any physical activities such as ice skating.

Waiver of Liability for Ice Skating:
Ice skating is inherently risky. By participating in this activity, attendees waive all liability and agree that Ancient City Farmstead will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or damage that may occur as a result of ice skating. Attendees accept full responsibility for their own safety during this activity.

3. Injury & Liability Waiver
Ancient City Farmstead is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event, whether caused by the venue, equipment, or third-party interactions. By attending the event, all participants agree to waive any claims of liability against the host, its staff, vendors, and affiliates for injuries sustained during the event.

4. Ticket Purchase & Protection
Tickets for the Christmas Experience at Ancient City Farmstead are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the host. At the time of purchase, attendees may choose to add ticket purchase protection, which provides an option for refunds under certain conditions as outlined at the time of purchase. Ticket purchase protection cannot be added retroactively after the initial transaction is complete.

5. Compliance with Event Rules
Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event staff, including safety guidelines and event regulations. Ancient City Farmstead reserves the right to remove any individual who violates these rules or engages in behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive.

6. Photography & Media
By attending the event, participants consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes. These images and videos may be used by Ancient City Farmstead in marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, print, and online advertisements.

7. Amendments
Ancient City Farmstead reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the event website or ticketing page, and continued participation in the event constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
